Three ways to repeat
Repeat the whole text, repeat each word, or stretch each letter so that hello turns into hhheeellllllooo. Other tools only do the first.
Free, instant and private
This free text repeater copies any word, sentence or emoji as many times as you need, from 2 to 100,000. Put a new line, space or comma between the repeats, fit the result to a WhatsApp, SMS or X character limit, then copy it in one tap.
One-tap shortcuts
Tap a shortcut and the text repeater loads it straight away, ready to copy or send.
Features
Most repeat text tools give you one box and a low cap. This one adds the controls people ask for and still feels instant on a phone.
Repeat the whole text, repeat each word, or stretch each letter so that hello turns into hhheeellllllooo. Other tools only do the first.
Choose SMS, X, Instagram, Discord, Telegram or WhatsApp. The tool then works out the highest repeat count that still fits and shows a live meter.
Many tools stop at 1,000 or 10,000. Here you can build up to 2 million characters in a blink, and long results are previewed so your phone stays smooth.
Use a new line, a space, a comma or nothing at all. You can also type your own separator, such as a dash or an emoji, and number every line.
Everything runs in your browser. Your text is never uploaded, saved or logged, and you do not need an account.
Copy the full result with one tap, save it as a .txt file, or send it to WhatsApp and other apps. Live counts show characters, words, lines and size.
Step by step
The result updates as you type, so there is no generate button to press.
Type or paste a word, a sentence or an emoji into the first box. You can also tap a quick phrase such as I love you or Happy birthday.
Type a number from 1 to 100,000, drag the slider, or tap a shortcut such as 100 or 1,000. The plus and minus buttons adjust it one step at a time.
Pick New line to put each copy on its own line. Otherwise choose a space, a comma, no separator or a custom one. Switch on numbering if you want a list.
Press Copy text and paste the result anywhere. For very long results, download a .txt file instead, or send the text straight to WhatsApp.
Know before you paste
Every app cuts long messages at a different point. The table shows each limit and how many lines of I love you fit, with one copy per line.
| Where you paste it | Character limit | Repeats that fit |
|---|---|---|
| Instagram bio | 150 | 13 lines |
| SMS, single message | 160 | 14 lines |
| X post | 280 | 25 lines |
| Discord message | 2,000 | 181 lines |
| Instagram caption | 2,200 | 200 lines |
| LinkedIn post | 3,000 | 272 lines |
| Telegram message | 4,096 | 372 lines |
| YouTube comment | 10,000 | 909 lines |
| Facebook post | 63,206 | 5,746 lines |
| WhatsApp message | 65,536 | 5,957 lines |
Apps change these limits from time to time, so treat them as a guide. An SMS holds 160 characters only when it uses basic letters. Add one emoji and each message part drops to 70 characters. Most apps also count an emoji as two characters or more.
Benefits
Repeating text by hand is slow and easy to get wrong. A text repeater gives you an exact count in a second, which helps in more places than chat.
Fill a chat with I love you, sorry or happy birthday for a friend or partner. As a result, a small message turns into a big gesture.
Developers and testers need long strings to check field limits and layouts. Therefore, set a character limit and get a string of exactly the right length.
Repeat a label, a name or a short line to see how a layout copes with real volume. For classic filler copy, use the lorem ipsum generator.
Teachers and learners can print numbered lines for handwriting, spelling or typing drills. Then check the total with the word counter.
Repeat a symbol or emoji to create borders for captions and bios. In addition, the fancy text generator can style the words around them.
Repeat a spreadsheet row, a line of code or a placeholder value with a comma or a new line between copies. It saves a lot of copy and paste.
Repeat with care. A wall of text is fun between friends. However, sending it to strangers or busy groups is spam, and messaging apps can restrict accounts that send unwanted bulk messages.
