Questions Madurai business owners ask

We already have a Justdial or Google listing. Do we need a website?

Keep the listings; they help people find you. A website adds what listings can’t: a page that shows only your business, your full services and photos, and direct WhatsApp and call buttons. It also gives your Google Business Profile a proper link, which builds trust.

Can the website have Tamil content?

Yes. WordPress handles Tamil text without any problem, and pages can be in Tamil, English or both. You supply or approve the Tamil text so it reads the way your customers speak.

Can we sell our products online across India?

Yes, with WooCommerce: product pages, an Indian payment gateway such as Razorpay, shipping rates by region and order emails. Tell me what you sell and roughly how many products, and I’ll confirm the setup in the quote.

Do you need to come to Madurai?

No. I’m based in Chennai and work over calls and WhatsApp. You send photos and details, and review the pages at each milestone before anything goes live.

How much does it cost, and how long does it take?

After a short chat I send a fixed, itemised quote. A first business website usually launches in 1 to 3 weeks once photos and details are ready; online stores take longer.

Will we be able to update the website ourselves?

Yes. Changing text, prices, photos or timings is done in the WordPress editor without code, and you get a walkthrough at handover.
