WordPress developer for Mumbai advisers and professional firms that need a site they can stand behind

I’m Deepak R, a freelance WordPress developer. I build calm, credible websites for SEBI-registered advisers, research analysts, CA and consulting firms, with regulatory disclosures designed into the site rather than bolted onto the footer.

RK Dominions, a corporate website I built

For SEBI-registered advisers

What your website is expected to show, and where I put it

SEBI expects registered investment advisers to display specific details on their websites, and in February 2026 it extended registration-detail disclosure to social media accounts. Most adviser sites handle this with a cramped footer and a PDF. Here’s the structure I build instead.

SEBI adviser website disclosures and where they appear
DisclosureWhere I place it
Registered name, registration type, number and validityIn the footer of every page, readable on phones, and on a dedicated disclosures page.
Address, contact details and your SEBI office detailsOn the disclosures page, with the principal officer and compliance contacts you specify.
Investor charterIts own page, linked from the footer, so it’s one tap away from anywhere.
Complaint statusA table your team can update each month in WordPress, without editing code.
Standard disclaimersIn the footer and on relevant pages, including a disclaimer block on every blog post or market note.
Links for social media profilesA single page listing your registrations, for firms with more than one, that social profiles can link to.

I build the pages and layout. Your compliance officer should confirm the exact wording and details against SEBI’s current master circular before launch.

What I build

A site that earns trust without overpromising

In finance and professional services, the website’s job is to make a careful client comfortable enough to book a first call. That means clarity, restraint and details that are easy to verify.

01

Disclosures that stay up to date

Registration details, complaint tables and disclaimers stored as editable fields, so monthly updates take minutes.

02

Copy that avoids promises

Page layouts built around your process and credentials, not returns. I flag any wording that sounds like assured or guaranteed returns for your compliance review.

03

Enquiry forms that respect clients

Short forms that ask only what you need for a first call, with clear consent text and no pushy pop-ups.

04

An insights section you can run

A blog for market notes and articles, with your disclaimer added automatically to every post.

05

Fast, calm design

Clean typography, readable on phones, quick to load, and nothing that looks like a trading app selling a dream.

Who I help in Mumbai

Websites for Mumbai’s advisers, firms and consultancies

I don’t have a finance-sector website in my portfolio yet, and I won’t pretend otherwise. Here’s who this approach is for.

Investment advisers and research analysts

Independent and small SEBI-registered practices that need a credible site with disclosures done properly.

CA, CS and law firms

Firm websites that inform rather than solicit, in line with your professional body’s rules on websites, which your partners confirm.

Consultancies and B2B service firms

Clear service pages, case studies and team profiles for firms that win work through referrals and meetings.

FAQ

Questions Mumbai firms ask

Will you make our website SEBI-compliant?

I build the structure and pages SEBI’s disclosure requirements call for, and make them easy to keep current. Compliance itself is your responsibility, so your compliance officer should confirm the details and wording before launch.

Have you built websites for financial firms before?

Not yet. I’ve built 14 WordPress websites, including corporate and B2B sites you can open and check. I’m telling you plainly so you can judge the build quality rather than a sector claim.

Can you fix disclosures on our existing website?

Yes. If the site is on WordPress, I can reorganise disclosures into a clear footer and dedicated pages without rebuilding everything. If it’s on another platform, I’ll tell you whether a move makes sense.

Can you write our website content?

I shape page structure and headings, but content about your advice, returns or services should come from you and pass your compliance review. I flag wording that looks risky.

You’re in Chennai. Why not a Mumbai developer?

If you need regular in-person meetings in BKC or Nariman Point, a Mumbai developer is the better choice. If you want a careful build with direct access to the developer, I work remotely in the same time zone, on video calls.

How much does a website cost?

It depends on the number of pages, the blog setup and any integrations. After a short brief I send a fixed, itemised quote, so the price is agreed before work starts.

Which other cities do you work with?

Businesses across India, including Pune, Delhi and my home city, Chennai.

Do you guarantee Google rankings or new clients?

No. I build a fast, well-structured site with correct Yoast settings that gives your pages a fair chance in search and makes it easy for a careful client to get in touch.
