A project website that shows MahaRERA details properly

MahaRERA’s advertising orders, most recently Order 46C/2025, ask promoters to show the project registration number, the MahaRERA website address and the project QR code prominently, in the top-right area of promotional material. Many project sites still tuck these into the footer. I plan for them in the layout from the start.

You’re in Chennai. Why not hire a developer in Pune?

If regular in-person meetings matter to you, a Pune developer is the better choice. If the finished website matters most, compare live portfolios side by side. Most website projects, mine included, already run on video calls, shared links and WhatsApp.

Can our project website show the MahaRERA number and QR code properly?

Can the website be in English and Marathi?

Yes. Each language gets its own pages and URLs through a multilingual plugin, so Google can show the right version. You provide or approve the Marathi text; I don’t machine-translate it.

Can you take over a website another agency built?

Usually, yes. I first confirm you have access to the domain, hosting and WordPress admin, take a full backup, and list what needs fixing before quoting. If access is held by the old agency, getting it back comes first.

How much does a WordPress website cost in Pune?

No, and be wary of anyone who does. I build a fast, well-structured site with correct Yoast settings and clean URLs, which gives your pages a fair chance to rank.
