FAQ

Questions Jaipur businesses ask

Do you provide the booking engine?

No. Booking engines are specialist services with their own fees. You choose one, often alongside a channel manager, and I integrate it into the website so it looks and works like part of your site.

Should we stop listing on booking sites?

Usually not. They bring guests who don’t know you yet. Your website’s job is to capture guests who already do, repeat visitors, and people who find you on Google or Maps.

Have you built hotel websites before?

Not yet, and I won’t claim otherwise. I’ve built 14 WordPress sites, including enquiry-led business and export websites. You can open them and judge the build quality before deciding.

Can the site be in more than one language?

Yes, with a multilingual plugin and separate pages per language. You or your translator provide the text; I don’t publish machine translations.

We sell products too. WordPress or Shopify?

If most sales should happen online with a checkout, Shopify is usually better; see my Shopify developer for Jaipur page. If sales start with an enquiry or a booking, WordPress is usually the better fit.

You’re in Chennai. How does that work?

We share a time zone, and briefs and reviews happen on video calls and WhatsApp. Meetings are video calls rather than site visits, so a Jaipur freelancer is the better choice if you need someone at the property regularly.

How much does a website cost?

It depends on the number of pages, languages and integrations. After a short brief I send a fixed, itemised quote. Booking engine and hosting fees are separate and paid directly by you.

Do you guarantee bookings or Google rankings?

No. I build a fast, well-structured site with correct Yoast settings that gives you a fair chance in search and makes booking direct easy.
