What Kerala product pages need to show, and what to avoid
Ayurvedic, food and personal care products are regulated in India, and your product page is part of how you advertise them. A default Shopify theme has no idea about any of this. These are the details I build into the product template, so every new product gets them automatically.

FAQ
Questions Kerala brands ask
Can we sell Ayurvedic products on Shopify?
Shopify can run the store, but selling Ayurvedic products needs the right licences, and what you can say about them is restricted. Confirm your licences and claims with a regulatory adviser; I’ll build product pages that show those details properly.
Will you write our product descriptions?
I set up the templates and layout. Product text, especially anything about benefits, should come from you and match your approved labels. I’ll flag anything that looks like a claim worth checking.
Can the store be in Malayalam?
Yes. Shopify supports additional languages. I set up Malayalam as a second language and check how it renders on phones; you or your translator provide the text.
You’re in Chennai. Why not hire a Kochi agency?
If you want face-to-face meetings or a team that also handles photography and ads, a Kochi agency may suit you better. If you want a carefully built store with direct access to the developer, I work remotely in the same time zone.
What will the store cost to run each month?
Shopify’s plan, its transaction fee on third-party gateways, gateway fees and any paid apps. My Chennai Shopify page explains these. My build is a separate, fixed quote.
Is WordPress a better fit for us?
If your website is mainly for enquiries or export buyers rather than online orders, it can be. See my WordPress developer for Kochi page for that side.
Do you guarantee sales?
No. Sales depend on your products, pricing and marketing. My job is a clear, trustworthy store that answers buyers’ questions before they ask.
